Consequently, this dream has now become a reality, and this National Status Project under the auspices of the Minister of Higher & Tertiary Education, Science and Technology Development will henceforth be known as Vectol Zimbabwe (Private) Limited. . VISION Regarding our short term vision for Vectol we foresee that this Project will not only impact everyone’s financial wellbeing but everyone’s perspective about Government and create a positive attitude for change in the country, especially among the youth. Our long term vision is that Vectol would not only change the economy into a thriving developing economy but will contribute to a change in everyone’s approach and their perspective of life and people, shifting their horizons. There will be a reinforcement and confirmation of the core values of integrity of every community and especially every citizen of Zimbabwe. MISSION Our mission for Vectol is simply to achieve success & prosperity, which in turn will have a long lasting, ever changing “rippling effect” through every economic and social sector in this country, shifting the horizons of Zimbabwe forever and to never ever look back. SOCIO ECONOMIC UPLIFTMENT It is also an opportunity to shift horizons with our socio economic upliftment programs that will run hand in hand with this Project and change society as a whole, focusing among other things on the circumstances of the education of your children. Our socio economic upliftment programmes will emphasize the need and importance of pre-primary, primary, high school and of course tertiary education but also the upliftment of women in society and the protection of their rights via social programs in communities.
