The overall aim is to improve business performance and efficiency through Human Capital Development and create a vast talent workforce in Zimbabwe and the African region who are equipped with demand-driven and impact sourcing skills that lead to employability Our goal is to increase the employability value of our constituents through the following: 1. Training young professionals to equip them with soft skills and digital literacy skills that match the needs of prospective employers. 2. Creating an Internship program which will provide opportunities and connect young professionals with organisations that are seeking to hire quality and trained employees. We will use technology platforms to enable connection and access to our local talent pool. 3. Conducting research that will provide data/information on the unique challenges and opportunities within Zimbabwe around the labor market, sector trends (current and projections) and how youth (with a special focus on women) can be gainfully employed to secure their future. Data retrieved will be evidence based and findings or results will be shared to relevant stakeholders (locally, regionally and internationally) through quarterly publications. 4. Managing projects to incorporate results driven innovation and technology in the application of solutions and impact. 5. Hosting listening sessions and convening of meetings, forums and conferences in order to engage the marketplace to listen to their concerns, challenges, solutions around topics of Human Capital Development.
