Tamuka Jets Football Club is an amateur youth football development team that caters for underprivileged and HIV and AIDS orphaned Youth in Norton. Established in December 2011 by founder and project promoter Vitalis Madhawu and successful registered for the Norton Area Zone Football League for the 2012 football season. The club was initially founded to occupy young people in Vitalis Madhawu and Marlon Kumire neighborhood but it grew in popularity among most school leavers in Norton. It was so popular that we had to come with rules for the youth who would be members which lead us to discover the following concept that the club will be based on. The concept is simply using positive peer pressure to combat the problems and effects of negative peer pressure. The youth can solve their problems by themselves and among the youth if there are given a platform to become positive role models and create a domino effect in the same manner as negative peer pressure leads to smoking, alcohol and sexual abuse among the youth.....
