ICFO is an international charity organization registered by the laws of Zimbabwe as an NGO. It was incorporated in 2018 as a vision where it was transformed from the mindset to operational state. It was further shaped to use in 2020, where it was fully registered and properly structured. ICFO was founded by Tafadzwa Marevesa a finance professional who also owns Marvel Consultants Pvt Ltd and Marvel Oil and Gas Industries Limited. ICFO is a member subsidiary of Marvel Holding Ltd. Prior registration, it was 100% sponsored by Marvel Consultants, a growing finance and advisory service firm which contributed donations till time of ICFO registration. ICFO’s core business is to contribute donations to the poor, specifically orphans, old age and other disadvantaged citizens in Zimbabwe and in future expand to other regional borders. It starts by assisting those primary school students who are orphans and cannot afford to pay their school fees at their local near schools. This is done to effect change to young potential students, particularly in rural and peri-urban areas where these children stay. By promoting this, we will be able to assist eliminating poverty and improve living conditions.
