Charity’s counselling experience prior to private practice includes working with children and families both as a counselor and trainer. Charity sees adults and young people for a variety of reasons including divorce, relationships, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, etc. Charity strives to create a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which individuals can be supported in their efforts to change and grow as well as become reconnected to their strengths and dreams. Solutions Counselling offers private counselling services, on a strictly by appointment basis. Solutions Counselling Service emphasizes awareness and prevention, supporting the belief that dealing with problems before they become unmanageable is the key to health and wellness. Focusing less on diagnosis and more on each client's strength and capacity for change, we work with our clients to help them build the skills they need to solve problems, make decisions and cope more effectively with life's major stressors and daily demands.
