We perform physical ability tests for applicants of physical work positions, management capability assessments for applicants required to be in leadership positions and most importantly the behaviours by visiting the locations previously worked and inquire on the work ethic and behaviour so that we can find the person most suited for the position. For example, a person who socialises with people might not have much difficulty working in a crowded environment or where he/she is required to work with people on the same thing and yet will not be as efficient when in a solitary environment, likewise another person with the same qualifications might work better alone than in a group. Therefore we believe that an organisation can only thrive if the behind it, from top management to bottom, share a mutual feeling and that is easily achieved if every employee is a perfect fit for that environment and a CV will not give comprehensive information to meet this goal.
