The Employee and Stakeholder Engagement Insights Suite consists of five main tools; the General Employee Engagement Survey, the Zelper EE 101 Tool, the Exit Interview Tool, HR Audit Survey, Training Needs Assessment and Internal and External Stakeholder Surveys. Zelper EE 101 is a powerful employee survey and online dashboard that measures the level of employee engagement, satisfaction, alignment, and organizational effectiveness. The third suite consists of two main tools; the Zelper360 which is a 360 degree Employee feedback tool as well as the Zelper PMS which is a Performance Management Package. The Zelper360 is a comprehensive 360 degree feedback solution designed for companies, groups or projects of any size. The Zelper PMS is a package of systems that facilitate the attainment of individual and corporate goals. Performance Management systems enable the organisation to track and monitor the performance of individual employees, departments, and the organisation overall. All our solutions are web, mobile and emails based and completely eliminate the need for manual feedback collection, data capturing and report generation. Reports are automatically generated and are customizable to each Customer's specific needs.
